Prime Beach Block Studio Near Boardwalk w/ Parking & Passes

Room is great; more noise outside than expected.

Comfortable, clean, convenient to my destinations both north and south, and overall just a great experience for my trip Positive: The apartment was great. Clean and comfortable. Bathroom was modern and had beautiful appointments. The kitchen with the stove, full size fridge, microwave and all the amenities made things easy for me while I was there! The room thermostat worked terrific and allowed me to stay warm and cozy. The access to the beach and boardwalk being so close allowed me the opportunity to get out and walk, as well as, capture the sea and sand here on the Jersey Shore. The location, in respect to all the major thoroughfare, made access to points north and south east to jump on. And the fact that it is easily accessible to Ty 47 made going west to head home a breeze. Highly recommend this location and host. They’re attentive to customers needs and maintain good communications should a guest need anything. They were responsive with questions before I arrived and followed up upon my arrival to inquire as to whether there were any addt bedding or other needs. Those little details make a good host a great one!! All in all a ten out of ten for me!! Will look to utilizing them again in future trips. Negative: It got a little noisy when the youngsters exited in the mornings and came back at night. That was thru no fault of the host. But maybe a sign or two posted on the outside of the building asking folks to respect other patrons before or after certain times of the day. 🙂 I found I generate a lot of trash when staying for extended periods of time. I found myself overwhelming those little flip top garbage containers. 🤣🤣

I really enjoyed my stay as the room was very nice. The other tenants including those who live there seemed all friendl Positive: The room was very nice with updated furniture appliances and bathroom. It was on the smaller side but I was traveling alone and was perfect for me Negative: The parking situation is a mess here. The lot is way too small and not easy to get in and out of. If you have a large vehicle you’re gonna be out of luck unless you get a spot closest to the street. Even then have to worry about the others clipping your vehicle as they try to maneuver into spots
