Next to Beach and Waterpark with Free Parking!

The property was a little intimidating at first, but the unit was clean and fitted our needs perfectly. The staircase wa Positive: The facility was super clean and the beds super comfortable. Water pressure awesome! Nice washer and dryer! Negative: The stairs, also it had no coffee cups. The small couch was terribly uncomfortable.

Great beginning with a not so good ending Positive: Interior of the unit was nicely updated, spacious and clean. While listed as a 1 bedroom is actually a 2 bedroom with a king bed in one and a queen in the other which were both very comfortable. The living room sofa was very low and small, not comfortable at all. The exterior and exterior of the building were not as nice. Reserved parking space was great as there is no street parking allowed. Negative: Has not received check-in instructions by noon the day of arrival, had to message requesting them at which time they were sent. After checking out, received an additional charge for cleaning and message saying we had a dog and the unit was not pet friendly which was clearly advertised as being pet friendly and I had mentioned during communication. Have no problem with paying the additional cleaning fee if had been told when the reservation was made but there was no mention of it. In addition, the shower curtain rod fell off into the tub when we were getting ready to check out, was not secured properly to wall tiles, which I messaged them about without a reply. Later that afternoon did get a message along with the message about the dog saying that the curtain and rod were missing when it was clearly sitting inside the tub.

It was a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back over and over again. Positive: It was clean and comfortable. Felt just like my home away from home. The proof is in the pictures. Negative: No complaints.

Not as expected. Positive: Location was good. Extra towels requested were left. Negative: Dryer handle broken AC units were filthy and moldy. Two travelers had lung sensitivity and we needed to turn the units off. I tried to clean them myself. Microwave cuts off kitchen lights. There are electrical problems. Half of outlets don't work. Toilet flusher and seat broken. Mgmt com0any was non responsive after Friday 5pm. Floors dirty white socks now brown. What is cleaning fee for if place was dirty?

It is affordable but not super comfortable. Positive: Clean, spacious enough, close to a boardwalk and arcades. Negative: Unfortunately we didn’t have enough toilet paper, paper towels, and no shampoo at all. Sofa is super old and uncomfortable. Apartment is located on top of a liquor store. Store A/c is very loud and vibrating and disturbing during the night. Apartment is ants infested. Also 10:00 am check out and is too early, especially without dishwasher. And check in is too late at 4pm on my opinion.
