Luxury Beach House in Seaside! Now Available!

Very Nice. I love cleanliness. Close to my family. Positive: Clean, Spacious, Near Boardwalk, Convenance to Main Jersey. Price was good. Bed was comfortable. The closet was spacious and there were plenty of towels. Negative: Sirens went off but we saw no emergency Information in Welcome packet. Where we are from that means tornado. We packed up everything and left for the day, only to find out there was no need. Also, I never received an answer to my last email about towels and bed linen. Usually, the VROB's we stay in ask to put towels and linens in bath or washer and tell us if we are responsible for washing. There was only a message in Welcome packet about kitchen towels, which there were none of. There were no instructions on how to start the fireplace ignitor. Could have used a place to set suitcases down on in bedroom. Would have liked to put car in garage, apparently its used for storage for the host family. I don't believe that was in the information we were given. Originally my husband was going to bring his 2-hand built wooden kayaks, we would have had no place to secure them.

Upon arrival, the 6 beach badges were supposed to be in the folder. They weren’t there. We found 4 badges at which time we called and emailed to no avail. We ended up having to buy a badge. The remote was missing in the master bedroom. All we received were automated emails. Although the house was on a dead end street, there was a major street running alongside it, making it a noisy spot. The beach was in close proximity.

Perfect for a mixed family with little ones and big kiddos in a perfect location. Positive: The house is well appointed, beautifully decorated, and equipped for a family in a great location. The elevator was a rare plus for the Jersey shore. Negative: The pigeons on the roof are a real bummer, but there’s really nothing the homeowner can do about that.
